Our Functional Fitness program partners with Mayhem to deliver world-class programming designed to push your limits and unlock your full potential. Every workout is intentionally structured with either a strength component to help you chase new personal records in your lifts or a skill component to refine your efficiency on movements like pull-ups, toes-to-bar, and muscle-ups. We utilize a full arsenal of training tools—free weights, the rig, machines, bodyweight movements, and yes, those sneaky kettlebells and soul-crushing wall balls that you love to hate. Whether you're working toward your first pull-up or your next 1RM deadlift, our programming constantly challenges both your strength and endurance, ensuring you're always making gains. Every workout scales to your level, so whether you're just starting out or you've been at this for years, you'll find your edge and push past it.
